「Newly renovated, Friendly staff」

「Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. 」

「I didn't have time for breakfast, but the check in was very slow. We had to wait for 20 min, as nobody was there in the middle of the day.」

「Was able to use coin laundry while on a road trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable for our family. We called ahead about using the sofa bed and were told linens would be in the closet. They were unfortunately not in the room, and when we approached the front desk they said “yeah they wouldn’t be unless you requested them.” Though this was a small thing, the attitude of the staff was not extremely helpful. 「Great location but besides that, nothing was great. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. When I called in the evening, the phone was disconnected. Had to find linens myself. Room didn’t have either toilet paper or tissue upon checking in. Breakfast was not restocked so there was pretty much nothing to eat if you went down anytime later than opening time. There was no remote for our tv! It basically felt like I had to do the work of the employees.」

「The best part of this place was actually the monogrammed towel, that was it. This place needs a complete teardown and rebuild and major upgrades. I am saddened by the state of this property. I would look elsewhere if needing a place to stay overnight.」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」
