「Our space was advertised as having 2 bedrooms: it wasn't. The layout didn't work for us. From the 3rd floor entrance there's an area with 2 twin beds, then a divider (not wall/door) going to the loft area with a king bed. There's a long staircase down to the living area. My mom isn't able to do stairs so she had to stay on the couch bed, which was not made. I called to get sheets/pillow, etc. and was told someone would be there right away. 90 minutes later I went to the desk to ask again. Two...

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....
