「The rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. The staff was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. My child was bitten on the ear by some unidentified insect while in bed; the ear subsequently began oozing pus, and the lymph nodes became swollen—a condition that persisted for ten days without improvement. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel like this. I strongly advise exercising extreme caution.」
