"The LUX hotel deserves its 5 star status. It has great facilities for both families with & without children and even has an adult only beach area. Main gripe was the fact that the sea is so shallow you can hardly get any depth to swim properly which I felt was a shame. The staff are second to none. "Fantastisk hotel ved paradisisk palmestrand med det lækreste sand på øen. Kæmpe pool anlæg og virkelig gode liggestole ved både pool og strand. Personalet var super imødekommende, vi vil især fremhæve Sam, der gjorde ophold på stranden til en luksus oplevelse. Gæster kan gratis benytte vand aktiviteter, som snorkling tur ved revet, glasbunds båd, vandski m.m. Glimrende gym med gode redskaber. Stort, rummeligt og rent værelse med udsigt til havet. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"

"The accommodations were wonderful. Ocean view room. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was great. Food selection at buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive. Very good. Adult pool beautiful and quiet. Beach was not white sandy as we expected. Water shoes needed in ocean. "
