「I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! 「Værelset blev rengjort hver dag, og fik rene håndklæder. Personalet var venlige, hjælpende og omsorgsfulde. Det mest nærværende personale vi har mødt på et hotel, uden at være anmassende. Faciliteterne var gode ift. de 3 stjerner. Fin pool, fin restaurant, lidt lille fitnessrum. Lækker massage til rimelige priser. Kan absolut anbefales.」

「Clean and vey spacious room. It gets well cleaned every day with new towels and sheets. Tje pool is very nice - we spent time on it every day. Would totally recommend!」

「I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅」

「Absolute paradise of a location!! The views are spectacular and there is wildlife everywhere you look. The sea is crystal clear and amazing for snorkelling in the shallow reefs with so much wildlife and different ecosystems. The room was perfect for us , we stayed in a sunset junior suite with a beautiful balcony, sea views and a massive bath! The cleaning staff were great, we never had any issues with hygiene.
