"We have just returned from a lovely relaxing break at Tamassa. From the moment we arrived we were amazed with the wonderful service and amazing facilities at Tamassa. We visited the lovely peaceful spa with sauna and steam room every other day, we went on the included snorkleing (3 times) and glass bottom boat even spotting a turtle one day. "We spent several nights at Lux following 4 nights at a neighbouring hotel as part of our honeymoon. The service was what really let it down the most unfortunately, especially in direct comparison to the other hotel we stayed in, which was exceptional. I was surprised that this is a 5* hotel as the standard of service is more in line with a 4*. At breakfast the staff seem quite hurried and stressed and the wait for a coffee/ hot beverage can take as long as 20-25 mins. In general the staff are...
