「The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.」

「Really was excited to see my large family get accommodated in a suite for a family of 5. Two Bedrooms with Three Beds, Two Full Baths, with small kitchen and Living Space. , Close to an exit to also help with our service dog get walks. Breakfast Varieties, especially with 2 small kids, hot and cold Breakfast options.」

「The room was not clean. Yes, the beds were made, but the trash was not emptied, the couch had cigarette ashes on it and in it. I politely asked the staff to address these issues while we were at dinner. They did not. I returned to the same room. Ended up being given a trash bag so I could empty it myself. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am with a “decent spread”. Walked down at 8:30am to no coffee, no hot water to make tea. A couple of off-brand muffins and a couple of generic breakfast...

「A wonderful stay. Spacious. Private. Great kitchen and living areas. Dishwasher and dryer need an update, but worked fine for the weekend. Well worth the money.」
