「The hospitality was top notch, the property just added to it thru and thru!! I will definitely be back, and I recommend it 100%. The town of Marshall will take u back to a Norman Rockwell painting of a forgotten time in America that will be remembered as soon as u are transported there! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!!」

「Todo muy bueno」

「Unique exciting experience in an idyllic setting.」

「Beautifully set up cozy get away. Short walk into town. Loved the quiet area. Great porch to sit out and enjoy nature.」

「I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. Doors slamming and arguments happening...

「Perfect location and cute property.」

「We were there two nights and enjoyed the view, the comforts and spaciousness. Our host was helpful and accommodating. There were suggestions for restaurants in a welcoming notebook. It was a great value!」

「The lock to get the key took about 10 trys. After that it was laid back, comfortable. Quite. Like being in a simple farm house. It was exactly the thing we needed. River was across the street. We caught fish, enjoyed the town. Perfect for us.」

「Me and my girlfriend had a great time in this cottage up in the mountains just 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. Very quiet and peaceful. 」

「I felt welcome. The room was very clean and cosy. And the terrace was a perfekt place to rest while listening to the birds. 」
