「過了許久才評論，是因為想好好給評和感謝。平心而論，Kempinski飯店是我們此次約旦旅程中體驗最好且服務最好的飯店，下次再到死海也會豪不猶豫選擇Kempinski飯店。 Kempinski飯店造景搭配死海景非常美，設施齊全，服務人員大多非常親切助人，想特別感謝Desiree和Era的親切服務和問候，另也感謝Ivan的熱情和對我們車胎沒氣的惱人問題立刻聯絡技術人員處理的積極態度，此次入住非常美好，尚無覺得任何美中不足的地方。 另想特別感謝餐廳人員Ramy和Khalid與主廚Abo Elias，招待我們許多特色佳餚，且為我們準備特別演奏(不得不說主廚的歌喉非常好)，讓我們體會到飯店人員的熱情，和享用了一頓非常美味且難忘的晚餐。 外宿飯店多次，也明白每間飯店都不可能無時無刻的美好和週全，但僅此一次經驗就足以讓我們對Kempinski飯店難以忘懷，故在此分享我們此次的體驗。 最後再次感謝Kempinski飯店讓我們這次行程有如此美好且難忘的回憶，我媽說她永遠不會忘記這天和Kempinski飯店為她們的紀念日所做的一切。」

「這間飯店的櫃檯的笑容滿分，辦理入住給我們提早非常感謝，我們可以有非常充裕的時間在飯店享受這裡的氛圍，剛好是聖誕平安夜，飯店準備了非常豐盛的晚餐，佈置的非常用心精緻， 讓我們度過一個非常棒的聖誕夜， 前往死海的漂浮體驗，也有良好的設施，有咖啡色的浴巾，漂浮後還能馬上有淋浴的水， 也有死海泥可以體驗, 接送的接駁車工作人員，還很貼心停在最好的角度的幫我們拍照， 讓我們感受到非常溫馨的感覺， 建議大家來這裡渡假」

「建築跟迷宮一樣，要上上下下，指示也不清楚，一定要找人帶路。 餐廳的菜色輸給隔壁萬豪， 如果房價一樣，建議住萬豪。」

「Very comfortable and well-equipped hotel. Food and service was amazing. The hotel iis only a short drive from Amman international airport and Amman itself. This was a good introduction to Jordan. 」

「Receiptist is not really helpful that to introduce their facilities especially non disclosure they have vehicle to drive customer to beach. But, their lifeguards are very polite and helpful; Hotel is now have renovation, many places have much dust and ash. In conclusion this hotel not worth for the expensive price.」
