「It’s a very special hotel. Don’t miss the hot spring pool. The bed was comfortable, but the WiFi was weak in the room.」

「They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! 「The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. 「Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out.」
