We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back.

My stay at the Dead Sea Marriott was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more superior room. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the sea views across the property were absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the pools were clean and inviting throughout our stay. We dined at both Oak and Champions, and the food was outstanding. A very special thanks to Joseph,Samuel, Qynty and Habib, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after and enjoyed the evenings out in the warmly setup patio areas. Dining experience was fantastic especially with the services of Zharla and Ann, and the egg station gentleman. A truly wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Great staff and amenities. Tourism was slow when we went so we got a free room upgrade without asking. The breakfast was delicious and included an omelette bar, some delicious Jordanian dishes, and classic cereal, pancakes, and waffles. The fruit danish was excellent.

Hotel condition is very good , food is various , staff were very friendly especially with kids , toilets had No portable shatafa so it was a bit difficult to manage , they had toiletries available and slippers , the Mozaic restaurant staff were so nice , especially Khalid , the out door pools were many , all of which were well maintained , the only negative thing I felt that the splash island and the jungle arcade kids area had separate entrance fees which did not making sense as it’s well known hotel amenities are all included within the booking except the spa . So it was a bit disappointing.

Great experience. As a bonus, the best restaurant (Oak Tree) was in the resort. Best Mansaf, a traditional Jordanian food. Thank you staff for a great experience.
