Great private beach for the Dead Sea and a supply of mud. Apartment was a great size for us and the views are fabulous over the Dead Sea.

Nice place on the Dead Sea with facilities appropriate to the location. The hotel's private beach is supervised with towels, parasols, mud baths and showers available. Lifeguard always present. There is a large swimming pool and solarium. Good restaurant. Good value for money.

comfortable, clean and easy to reach

the apartment was amazing, clean and with everything you might need. also the towel service for the sea was most appreciated! the food at the restaurant was very good and fairly priced. the only downside is the ongoing construction but it wasn't noisy, just not pretty

First time staying at the hotel, the rooms were a great size. They came with a kitchenette which was amazing but then there were signs saying no outside food. Not sure why they would have a kitchen in the room if you can’t use it. The playground and pool were good and the access to the Dead Sea was really close. The staff were all friendly and helpful so I would stay again.

Relaxing, clean and comfortable

The hotel was very clean (considering there is still construction work going on) and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in at reception was super quick and straightforward. Our room was superbly furnished and comfortable, with nice view of the dead sea from the balcony. The pool was clean, and towels provided. Plenty of sun loungers to relax. The al-Mira restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was very reasonably priced, and the hotel also gave us 20% off coupons to use at the restaurant (note that there is an additional 7% tax and 5% service charge). We ended up having both dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, as the food was really delicious and freshly prepared.

Terrible Hotel

This hotel is highly overrated and offers poor value for money. The staff were unfriendly, and the apartment lacked basic amenities such as cutlery, bed sheets, and adequate toiletries. The check-in process was slow, requiring a wait of at least 20 minutes to receive the keys. Despite having paid the room rent three months in advance, I was repeatedly asked if I had paid for the booking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was advertised with a Sofa bed which it didn’t have, no cable box in room so could not use the TV. Kitchenette but no Coffee Cups, pots, Pans, cutlery. Maid service doesn’t service room unless you are in the room waiting for them. Staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel is still a construction site. The room did not have towels, toilet paper or a hair dryer. Air conditioning was also not working well. We had to ask for everything we needed as and when we needed it. Corridors are stinky and had no AC. Avoid!

Struttura da togliere dal mercato

La struttura dovrebbe essere tolta dal mercato. L'hotel è un cantiere, la spiaggia sul Mar Morto è fatiscente e sporchissima, la zona piscina tenuta in maniera pessima. Ci siamo dovuti far cambiare l'appartamento perché il letto dove avrebbero dovuto dormire i nostri figli era talmente corto da non starci nemmeno un bambino. Nel nuovo appartamento non funzionava l'aria condizionata... unico merito a tutto il personale dell'hotel che si è veramente prodigato tanto facendo il possibile per farci passare una notte decente.

Belle surprise! Magnifique appart-hôtel très bien conçu, vue sur la mer, accès direct à la plage avec surveillance. Sel et boue disponible pour gommage et masque, douche sur place. Merci au Monsieur qui a été d'une grande bienveillance pour notre premier baptême dans la mer morte. Très bon petit-déjeuner dans resto, terrasse au bord de la piscine. On regrette de n'être resté qu'une seule nuit. PS: hôtel très récent, qui devra être un grand complexe, mais nous n'avons pas été gêné par la partie en cours de construction
