「Beautiful property. Staff seems to shy away from the full history of the building but that’s ok. The pool and gym were under construction so that was a bummer. Also, the only open air space beside the pool was the courtyard. It’s only accessible to people who have courtyard rooms. It would’ve been helpful to know that information beforehand. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
