「員工非常的彬彬有禮，服務非常好 房間也非常乾淨 」

「Wow we were treated so well here by the staff. They went above and beyond for us. Our room was absolutely beautiful, so was the hotel. The restaurant and pool on the roof beside the cathedral was stunning. Such amazing views. The location was perfect. They had valet parking, which is the first time I’ve seen this in our 2 week stay in Spain. Can I give more than 5 stars??! One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you for the wonderful stay!」

「The front desk staff, Pilar, is a delight! She was extremely helpful and full of good ideas. The property is in a great location; lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.」

「una muy buena experiencia hospedarse en cabina!! limpio y cómodo. si vuelvo a Granada, vuelvo a Castelo!」

「地點好，走路可輕鬆到各知名景點，停車場稍遠」

「Beautiful hotel in a central location, so close to the cathedral. The service from all staff is fantastic. The rooftop view of the Alhambra is lovely. Would definitely stay again in Granada!」

「Best hotel in Granada!!!!!!! Nice and clean . 」

「Perfect central location! Very comfy room」

「it is quite close to Granada station. Only 7-8 mins walking but with a slight slope. Room is big and also the bathroom is really big. Gym room is simple and nice. Breakfast is ok if more variety is better.」

「Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.」
