「Very clean room. Had it cool for us on a hot day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Fast and easy check in and check out.」

「It was an okay stay for a night or two or sleep. We had a few issues but nothing that made it unbearable. It was for sure an older hotel that needs some TLC but also wasn’t terrible. The TV in the room was broke with a black line down one side, the light in the bathroom flickered, the toilet wasn’t stable, and he coffee machine at breakfast was not working. Overall it was just okay, able to sleep, shower and be comfortable for a night.」

「the stay was ok. the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There was no hair dryer in bath. The breakfast was ok but no fruit. The lighting in the whole room was not good. Need more light in bath and bedroom. The staff was very friendly.」

「Room 307 was clean as expected but the smell if the room, the bedsheets and pillows were horrible!! It was not just a humidity smell it was a dirty smell. We should have asked to switch rooms but it was late and we were too tired. thought the smell would go away but it never did!! We thought it was just the carpet but once we laid to sleep the bedsheets and pillows had the smell impregnated too..」

「The room i had was very clean and considering where I was placed very quite. Swimming pool was well maintained. The grounds around hotel were also well maintained. Staff very nice and very helpful. Will consider staying there again on my next trip to Hammond, La.」
