It was quiet and was good for what we needed it for in town for funeral was a great place to rest. But the tv hardly picked up any channels and the plug outlets only a couple even work. The staff was nice.

Bad experience

The whole night was a mess! People sleeping in their cars. Loud partying and the couple next door fought all night long! Was worried for her safety so called the front desk. They came and said to be quiet. That lasted 5 minutes. Druggies all over the property.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

There were only three tiny lamps in the whole room. Only two of them actually worked. Just barely. I took a hot bubble bath when I first got here... Got out with my private parts on FIRE!!!! And SWOLLEN!! Looked down and was covered in WHITE PAINT!!! They painted the bath tub!! With water based paint!!! I was too scared to open to fridge! Looked rough on outside. Didn't wanna see the inside. Started to open it, and really bad smell hit me in the face. So shut it real fast!!! Washing machine is broke. Have to ring my clothes out from the bottom of washer. Soaking wet. Have to put clothes in dryer for two or three cycles to dry them. Staff won't help with any problems. Vending machine was EMPTY!!!

The parking was OK it was pet friendly. The tub was filthy dirty and also has roaches. They need to get better pillows. The pillows was flat.

Very shady place. Whole outside smelled like weed. People living there. Very unsafe feeling. Beds broken, you get exactly what you pay for. Hammond is not a good city to begin with.
