「I told the front desk that the outlet in the bathroom was not functioning properly, nothing was done, power went out in the room, and the fire alarm was set off after 11pm and we were told by the FD that we would be compensated because it was caused by someone smoking in there room. hallways smelled like marijuana at all times. door lock cover was broke 」

「This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. 」

「It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked. 」
