「Love it! Leave with full energy. Will comeback soon.」

「Thanks」

「Good value while passing through.」

「We had stayed here once before a couple years ago. It was nice then, but something's happened over the past few years. The staff were very helpful and polite but that's where the good stops. The linens and towels had stains on them. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the walls. I walked around the room barefoot for a bit and when I got in the shower, I was leaving dirty foot prints so the floors weren't very clean. The cabinet door that hides the fridge wouldn't stay closed. Drywall tape...

「Good breakfast and early (starts at 6 am, coffee around 5 am) - great for early risers or if you don’t want the crowd. Clean and well-kept rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. Comfortable bed and clean linens.」

「the room is great. But it may takes some time to check in.」

「Check in time was 3:00PM. Attempted to check in at 3:20PM and was told the room was not cleaned yet and was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes and was again told the room was not clean and ready. Was told it was "Unknown" when our room would be ready. All this put us behind schedule for a wedding we were attending. We had to leave the hotel without checking in. Received a call about 2 hours later that our room was finally ready, although by this time the wedding had...

「The room was dirty. Breakfast no coffee available. Personnel could not care less!」

「Very good」

「Check in was fine as this stay was booked through Expedia which normally isn’t used when traveling. They have an elevator which was clean but very slow. Room was clean but pillows were hard along with mattress. Hotel is about 15 years old so updates could be done be to improve things. Outside needs a a couple of cigarette containers so butts are not thrown on ground. Typical breakfast options. There are only 2 hotels in little town & the other decided to close on Columbus Fay weekend for...

「Room was clean, but the shower/tub would not drain. Nasty water filled the tub when showering. Gross. Water pressure wasn't great either. Aside from that, the hotel staff was nice, and the property was pretty clean. Expedia did not cover some taxes when we booked, which surprised us at check out. Their virtual AI stinks so dont bother trying that option. Hampton was helpful in giving us receipts to prove expedia messed up.」
