「I was afraid we had made a mistake when the side door key readers was broken and the door propped open, but inside was well taken care of. Newer clean carpets, paint, the bed was clean and comfortable, nice towels, quiet away from busy highways. 」

「There was blood in all three rooms we had booked. The walls were dirty with handprints, the plumbing was leaking, the A/C was not working correctly, and the breakfast tasted moldy and sour.」

「Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance.」
