「Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli était vraiment gentil. Il faudrait un membre du personnel le matin, car certains clients crient et parlent très fort, sans respect pour ceux qui sont couchés et ce, dès 6 heures le matin. L’insonorisation ne permet pas de laisser de tels clients libres de faire ce qu’ils veulent sans se soucier des autres. Endroit magnifique.」

「The view was spectacular」

「The property was littered with construction debris (lobby, elevator, and hallways) and we were awaken daily at 6:00 AM with the beeping of crane equipment just outside of the bedroom window (working on building roof). The room itself was not in good repair and did not look like the posted images. The bed was a double instead of the queen we booked. Room had little coffee, tissues and toilet paper. We also found several hairs on the bed sheets.」

「Thhe property was still getting set up for guests. The indoor pool was not yet open and adjoining suites unavailable. The restaurant staff were amazing, like the coffee. The food still searched for personality, searching to please all left it with little character. That being said we look forward to our next visit to see how the maturing process has enriched this amazing facility.」

「La chambre était propre et l’air conditionné fonctionnait parfaitement ! Le personnel est souriant et très gentil. Le déjeuner est de base, des céréales, des rôties, 4 sortes de muffins, yogourt et oeufs à la coques. Café, thé et jus.」

「Excellent environment, comfortable and clean cottage. About 30 minutes driving from Quebec City, close to tourist attractions such as Canyon Saint Anne and Chutes Montmorency. Would recommend for those who enjoy the nature.」

「It was a clean room, good for a night stay like we needed. But the AC wasn’t working, it was super hot and no one’s ever at the front desk. 」
