「Was able to book last minute following previous hotel complications. The man at the front reception was outstanding and so polite and friendly. The room was nice clean and comfortable as well. Location of hotel is convenient with many things nearby. Highly recommend!」

Le receptionist sono state molto gentili e disponibili, ma qui finisce la parte buona dell’hotel. La camera dava su un portico in cui operai intenti a ristrutturare, ci osservavano attraverso la finestra, la quale non si poteva chiudere ed eravamo quindi in una situazione di disagio estremo. 「Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.」
