Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content.

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. The suite has AC. The suite is on the 3rd floor, building has elevators serving that floor, which is very convenient for family with kids and elderly people. Food in buffet and restaurants is good and tasty! Nice pool, great location in mountains, hotel is 50 minutes drive from the city and area is safe also very nice! Hotel staff fulfilled some of our requests for insufficient household supplies. Thank you for hosting us!

Отель, в котором мы не смогли отдохнуть

Отель хорошо расположен с красивым видом на горы и реку. Персонал приветливый. Номера чуть мелковаты, но в целом достаточно комфортные. Хороший кондей и WiFi. Завтрак вообще шикарный! Нам не повезло с тем, что нас поселили на одном этаже с гостями, у которых проходил банкет. Послебанкетная ночь была страшным фильмом ужасов. Вот не понятно - отель был наполовину пустой, но селили всех в одну кучу - на один этаж. За это мы очень снижаем рейтинг этому санаторию. Надеемся, что руководство сделает выводы, будет более внимательным к своим гостям - расселять их по разным этажам на момент банкетов.
