「Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand und haben diverse Mängel an Türen, Fenstern, etc. 」

「I’d like to leave a review for anyone who doesn’t want to end up on the street at night looking for alternative accommodation. On the day I needed to extend my stay, I rang reception and asked to extend my booking; I was told to do this via Expedia, which I did, but my smart key wasn’t extended. As I was leaving to run some errands, I called reception again to let them know, said I’d be back late, and asked for confirmation of the extension. The staff is also super friendly, and you can purchase local products and book tours at the hostel directly.
