「upgrade了我的房間，感謝前台山景很美麗，服務也很好，可惜在溫泉泡池很多人抽煙，煙味令到浸溫泉的體驗不好，早餐、晚餐味道也不錯，房間大寬敞，面對河景，早上看見職員釣魚，很好的體驗，其實在溫泉池不應該抽煙會影響其他客人」

「Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.」

「Auf einer längeren Reise unser schlechtestes Hotel! Es sind absolut nur Low-budget-Zimmer zum überteuerten Preis! Billigste Einrichtung, man liegt direkt auf einer alten Matratze mit dünnem Laken, keine Hygieneschoner oder ähnliches. Es gibt auch kein Lattenrost und im Bad findet man schwarzen Schimmel! Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank! Unsere Bitte eine kleine Box mit verderblichen Lebensmitteln in einen Kühlschrank des Restaurants zu legen, wurde auch abgelehnt. Von Service ist man hier...
