「This hotel was a very nice place for us to stay during our recent visit to Knoxville to attend our niece's wedding party. Very clean and spacious room and eating area for breakfast, which had a nice variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional. When I had a question about a charge on my credit card, they were very helpful and politely explained the charge to my satisfaction. We loved the location of this hotel; right downtown so we were...

「My bed sheets had stains on them as did the blanket. Would have felt more comfortable without stains.」

「There were serious sanitation and safety issues here. They included pubic hair on the supposed new sheets as well as a nonexistent safety chain lock. 「Parking garage was a situation, but a great convenient option for visiting UTK.」

「My first time to stay at Tru. We loved the room and all it offered and all the free things included- coffee, water, breakfast, cookies! Even had beer taps!😉 Our AC unit in our room was making a very loud and strange noise which made it hard to sleep, but I’m sure some maintenance will fix that. That was the only negative. Will stay at Tru again!」

「It is a very pretty and interesting lobby, and it is a convenient location that is totally walkable to UTK campus for college tours. It has construction going on around it but nothing that was loud or interfered with evenings or sleep. The bed was really hard which was my single biggest complaint, but overall a good stay and worth the money and convenient to UTK campus.」

「Very clean, brkfst was amazing The bed in our room on the other hand should be thrown away. Very uncomfortable 😣」

「Clean, friendly, very nice.」
