「This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! Their female reservation manager insisted that the room is a room-only basis! This is so embarrassing! I showed her my bookig confirmation but she keep on that she...

「Good location, close to long distance shuttle bus stop. Gym and pool can make guest exercise a bit.」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
