「The room was clean, but some maintenance needs to be done. Some of the staff were very good and some I feel need some more training such as the staff at the front desk. The food was not good. 」

The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. 」

Management was unable to process expedia bookings, therefore I had to pay cash to secure the reservation.」
