「It’s hard to tell from the photos and the descriptions, but the higher priced rooms are in a different, much better maintained building than the lowest priced rooms. The bedrooms are nice but the biggest difference between them are the bathrooms. I would have rated it higher if I had stayed in one of the better rooms. The staff are all very nice and helpful.」

「The Victoria Comfort Inn is located within walking distance of Obunga and about a 10 min ride to downtown Kisumu. It has a nice conference area which is pleasant for local businss. The staff is superb! We had excellent service both at check in and during all of our meal service (which we ate there every night). It has an expansive menu and even has a small gym. Though the hotel is humble in structure, it's well kept and clean. Great value for the money!」
