「这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。」

「TV didn’t work almost the whole time I was there. Had to kill roaches in my room every other day. No hot water. Water was brown and dirty. Friendly staff though. 」

「Just come back from a 2 week stay and didn't have the best experience, we were put in the block furthest block away from everything and told thats the block their family suites are in, no sea view, no pool view, no balcony, the viee from the window was all the aircon units. The bedroom door was a fire door but hadnt been tightened properly meaning it slammed on my daughters arm causing the most horrific bruising, the first aider didn't even look at it, just gave her some ice in a latex glove...

「I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
