「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. 「The best part of this hotel is its location. You can walk around to visit tourist attractions in Dublin while returning back to the hotel in the middle of day and return back to exploring again after the break. Lot of food choices and lot more places for drinking and partying available once you step outside the hotel. Only small negative I felt is about their rigid checkout policy, they didn’t want to extend check out for us from 12 to 1 PM without added fees.」
