Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay here because our flight was changed in the hotel would not change our night and we were still charged the full price. This happened three months prior to our trip and it’s absolutely unacceptable that they were not flexible or would not provide us any refund I would not recommend this property, especially with the unpredictability of travel.

Nice property in a good location to experience Temple Bar area. Parking is available but is very difficult to get to and is not free. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Good location but very noisy at night. The windows did not work properly and poorly designed as they push up to close and nothing but friction to hold them in place which slides at night. Overall more of a 3 star property at best. Drink freebie is ONLY for a slushy margarita that comes from a machine and so not worth it. The Grafton Hotel is a much, much better 4 star property in Dublin as we stayed there the week prior. Doesn’t compare to the other 4 star properties we stayed at.

Perfect location and nice hotel. It has a great bar attached that is perfect for whole family entertaining (be sure to go downstairs) Beds were comfy and room was clean. If I had to complain about something it would be that check in is so late 4pm!! And the bed pillows were pretty flat, a plump 2nd pillow would have been awesome. Other than that, it was great!

I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. The room was VERY, VERY noisy. There is loud bar and restaurant literally just below the rooms. A warning sign was the ear plugs that were provided to us. The music only stops at 2 am!! - or midnight on Sunday. Also our toilet blocked and the staff were useless - very unhelpful. They didn't even have a plunger - otherwise I would have fixed it myself. He said "there is only two of us working on the night shift" - it was only 10:30pm, not like 3am!! How can a hotel with so many rooms not have a plunger? Surely ours is not the first toilet to get blocked? (The hotel room was actually quite nice and the hotel is in a really great location, right close to Temple Bar and easy walking distance to everything). I certainly expected a lot more especially considering it cost over $500 per night!! Very disappointing :(

Very friendly staff greeted us as we entered the hotel. A great location in the Temple Bar area. Lots of shops and pubs around and a Tesco directly across the street which was handy. Was able to walk to many attractions including Molly Malone, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Grafton Street and St Stephen’s Gate Park. Just a 5 minute walk to the famous Temple Bar. At night it was noisy with music from other pubs but seemed to stop around 11pm. They provided ear plugs as an amenity but did not block out the noise. Our in room wall mounted air conditioning was leaking the first day/night and continually dripped all night onto the carpet that was soaking wet. They gave us extra towels to catch the drips but still heard the drips all night long. The maintenance guy came the following day to fix it but carpet was still soaking wet. No partial credit or discount was given or offered even when I asked which was disappointing since our feet were wet. Overall, excellent location and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Temple Bar Hotel. It is a very busy area but it is extremely accessible to what Dublin city centre has to offer. Close to Trinity, Grafton St, Stephens Green, and not far from some other great spots. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were always available at the front desk.

Really spacious and high quality. Perfect location. Live music in attached bar ‘Buskers’ was incredible but couldn’t be heard from inside our room. Staff very helpful with anything we needed.
