「We had a nice stay」

「It was a bit noisy with kids running around. But eventually it quiet down late at night. I really loved and enjoyed staying here. I’m definitely going to return. All staff members were amazing! 」

「Loved the theming of the hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms very good size with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub that had extended hours for adults on the weekend. Would definitely stay here again for safety of the location, easy access to dining & shopping, and close drive to downtown. 」

「The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. 」

「The staff were very friendly when checking in and out! The traffic noise from the Interstate was quite loud and somewhat annoying! I realize that can’t be helped now! The window felt like there was cold air coming inside. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable! There were not enough available plug in sockets. Only trash can available was located in the bathroom!」

「Beds were a bit high for a couple of shorter seniors like us. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Could use a little more space for packing and unpacking. Everything else great.」

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The location is perfect distance to walk to some nice downtown spots. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Omaha. 」

「Hot tub was extremely hot couldn’t get in, pool was hot tub temp. Rooms couldn’t get cool, way too hot! Breakfast fantastic, front desk friendly!」

「Under staffed, no coffee pods, no orange juice for breakfast, bar tender wouldn’t stay behind the bar, so if customers wanted anything they had to chase him down, one very nice lady working the whole breakfast crowd」

「Hotel was very nice!!! From super friendly check-in to super cozy lounge areas to sit and visit with friends and family. Was a little longer walk to downtown than I thought. Lots to do around the hotel location! Rooms were really nice had very soft beds super clean!!!! 」
