「We found what looked like a cockroach running across the floor. Also, we had gone out for a couple of hours and came back to the on duty person coming out of our room. Not likely to stay again.」

「We have just spent two nights at the lovely Harbor Inn on Ocracoke Island. We stayed in a Standard room (1st Floor Harborfront King with a private deck). The room was great. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. There was also a little kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck reading and watching the harbour views. Breakfast was included in the room rate and is served in the building opposite that houses the hotel reception. This...

「My room was not ready when I arrived. The room was not made up or cleaned. Bed had been slept in and unmade, trash in the trash cans, debris and garbage on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. The manager on duty told me that they had one of their cleaners called in sick or did not show. Staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic. There is a grocery store / hardware store nearby and across the street with all your needs and a pub just down the road. Parking was ample for our stay.」

「Clean, nice quaint house close to Belhaven. We were in town to visit some relatives and it was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Only 5 minutes to grocery and to downtown Belhaven, and not that far from Washington. 」
