「I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

「Great hotel and great service. Feels like stepping back in time in lobby in a good way!」

「地理位置优越，酒店服务员很热情，周边用餐很方便，很棒的住宿体验」

「The whole hotel needs renovation. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced. And the commercial generator needs to be removed from the physical fitness room.」

「去哪里都很很方便」

「warm and friendly」

「Very clean」

「Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.」
