「The room was very clean and in order. The shower was great, as we had a wheelchair-accessible room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Finding the location can be a bit tricky because the entrance is located on the back end or away from the street side.」

「Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired.」

「I gave 4 stars because the pool was closed down 2x before regular closing time when my daughter tried to swim and also the entrance was VERY difficult to find upon arrival by car. Drove around the block a few times. Those minor things aside we had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and every single employee that we interacted with was so professional, attentive and kind. 5 star staff. One of the staff at breakfast went above and beyond and moved some chairs for us...

「So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...
