「Clean room and friendly staff」

「The room some clean the motel needs i huge upgrade..We were at the bristol race and stopped by the desk and the lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional she help held up her finger and me just a minute and never help me i waited 30 mints she was on the phone and on the computer doing i dont but not taking care of her customers in the customer's satisfaction world customers always come first you would hope she continued to do what she wanted to do finally I walked out of the room and...

「Staff was excellent room was clean. It felt safe be aware that if you use the safe in your room that they will charge you and if you don’t use it, they will still try to charge you and you need to tell them. I’ve never had that happen before they did refund my money and we’re very kind about it.」

「We had such a great time at this property. The drive up to the house is gorgeous, have your camera ready! The cabin is exactly how it looks in pics. Our host Jeff was super nice and let us know how to contact him if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. Its non smoking, but you can smoke outside on the porch (he provides an ashtray). This little town is about an hour away from popular destinations.
