「I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room.」

「This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!」

「The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.」

「The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location」

「They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about!
