「Everything was lovely until we checked out..front desk lady was just shy if rude when we simply asked for a receipt..she kept looking at her computer and while doing so, explained that because we booked our stay through a third party,we wouldn't get a receipt ..this left us feeling very uneasy..the polite thing to do,in my opinion , was to say”I’ll be with you in a moment” then leave her computer and speak to us face to face and explain to us fully why we wouldn’t be getting a receipt..she could...

「We stayed for few days, it was a nice experience, very helpful staff. Breakfast was great, so was our room. The coffee bar was a nice touch as well. I think partnerships with activities surrounding your hotel might be a good idea (Groupon?) moving forward, to improve the guest experience while they stay here. Overall 5/5.」
