「Great reception team. Room service very good Spa area and staff very helpful Breakfast was good and staff friendly and polite Enjoyed the 3 nights we spent at Pierre Park」

「Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and always served with a smile. Reading room was a bonus, very comfortable and quiet with door to beautiful garden. Rooms were clean, water pressure in shower was not great but adequate. Double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together but they didn’t actually match. 1 was comfortable though. Despite that I would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again.」

「An all round excellent hotel, Lovely position, staff, room, food and amenities. Ample parking but the bus stop is outside the hotel providing a cheap and regular service to St, Peter Port (leave your car in the car park as the buses go almost everywhere on the island!). Good views and plenty of walks. Very helpful when our ferry was cancelled in finding us alternate accommodation when this hotel was full.. The food is good but the cakes are exceptional! A lovely hotel which we hope to return to.」

「The Old Government House is a real gem, combining traditional elegance, luxury and charm with beautiful views over St Peter Port. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxing. What really sets it apart is the attentive, friendly service, which made me feel genuinely valued. A fabulous hotel with real character and a wonderful standard of hospitality. Highly recommended and somewhere I would love to return to!」

「We have many good experiences at the hotel.」
