「Lovely location overlooking Cobo Bay, with sparking sand, crystal blue waters offering fabulous evening sunsets. Our room had a balcony on the front overlooking the bay which was lovely, the balcony is open to the adjacent rooms, we found it surprising that smoking was permitted on the balconies, which was not appreciated, but you find in Guernsey smoking outside in public areas seems to be permitted/the norm?! Staff are excellent, I cannot rate them highly enough… always smiley, happy,...

「Staff really nice and very helpful. Pool clean and not cold. Rooms a bit dated, but then it is a period hotel. Bathrooms nice and modern though. Rooms facing the road a bit noisy so choose one at the back if that bothers you. Mattresses a bit too soft but that's just personal taste. Allowed to use common areas and pool after check out if leaving the island later. Free baggage storage too.」

Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance.
