"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

They wantme to deposit money but i told and show them my comfimation thru my emails. This is not acceptable and not convenient for me and on my 2nd day they told me that they want tocancel my booking and locked up my things... Do you think this is acceptable for my case? Pls acknowledge my concern."
