「How awful to have neck surgery and have to cancel the second night of your stay and the owner won’t return money. I travelled two and one half hours to have a surgery from keeping me paralyzed and there was no where stated that a refund would not be returned. Expedia blamed the owner and the owner put it back on Expedia. I’m the one struggling and for people like me losing 75 dollars well being robbed by an owner who says no refund no refund is no joke. 「The property is a repurposed historic home and the rooms very unique in the best way. Staff was so accommodating from housekeeping to restaurant and bar servers. Also, it's just a short walk to local shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We'll definitely be back.」

「The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap.
