"I come here every year with my family as it's sentimental. Overall ok place but alot of the staff are terrible and only serve you of you give them tips daily. Management need to take control of this matter asap."

"We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon "

"We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers. Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort. "
