I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort! From the cleanliness and excellent service to the friendliness of the staff, everything was truly deserving of 5 stars. A special mention goes to the waiters, bar staff & receptionists, who were always friendly, attentive and welcoming. They really made us feel looked after throughout our stay and added so much to the overall experience. The animation programme was varied, fun and well organised, with something for everyone. They brought such a great atmosphere to the resort without ever being intrusive. One of the best signs of how good this resort is was seeing so many guests returning for their second or even third visit. That really says a lot about the quality of the experience. A big thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable!

The venue was very nice in terms of location and space. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only bad experience we had was about the quality of guests, was bringing the excellent level of service to its lowest level. The hotel must consider avoiding offers to companies with lowest rate ever. It brought the level of service to the unexpected level as. The management should consider accepting more foreigners and Egyptian families. The staff were amazing and were doing their very best to please all of us since we were all coming from countries Across the oceans.

The Hotel is just beautiful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was just exceptional. They always went above and beyond. Food was lovely, with the buffet you would always have many varied options and even with fussy children, they never went hungry. All the Restaurant's on property were amazing. Rooms were immaculate and Housekeeping always left that wee surprise in your room that made you smile, some very creative art work with towels and fresh flowers. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for that little bit of everything.
