「Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. Wir haben daraufhin ein Zimmerwechsel in Betracht gezogen, doch bei den anderen Zimmern war es sehr Laut von der Abendunterhaltung. Man muss sich entscheiden. Entweder ein ruhiges Zimmer und dafür Schatten beim Swim Up oder ein lautes Zimmer und dafür einen Sonnigen Swim Up. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff.
