「Needs some major updates. We rented the place so the kids could use the water park and it was closed.」

「No night staff or security. At midnight two drunk customers were playing the stereo at very loud volume. No front desk staff. Calling the front desk resulted in being transferred to reservations. I finally went out and talked to the patron. Luckily he wasn’t a mean drunk. Also no coffee makers in the room. I can’t recommend this hotel.」

「Had a great time at this beautiful resort. Absolutely loved the home. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Only thing I would change is it would be nice to have coffee grounds/pods available in the home. 」
