「They just renovated the entire inside of the hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and I loved the way they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in big bottles, instead of those tiny containers. 」

「Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else.
