「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「Spent fifty minutes from time of arrival trying to unlock our door, was given two different rooms and the desk attendant came upstairs finally…. And could only get in with his master key…. Not the experience you want when it’s 10:30pm and have to be awake at 5:30am.. spend your dollars elsewhere.」

「I was unable to get the experience of visiting this hotel. Unfortunately , my flight was cancelled, and in order to proceed with placing a claim ( my trip was insured) , I had to cancel everything because I was unable to get there, for my event, in a timely manner. I’m currently awaiting a refund.」

「Pull out couch mattress was filthy with popcorn and chip crumbs. Ironing board was broken, floors were dirty. Great area, but the place was a dump」
