「When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....

「This hotel has been one of my favourites to stay in. Have told everyone about it and recommended it to anyone going to Prague. From the location right next door to the Metro station, to the beautiful hotel itself it does not disappoint. The reception staff are amazing, especially a lady with brown hair - I didn’t catch her name but she will remember us as my husband wore shorts the whole trip! She was so friendly, helpful and polite and really helped to make our stay. Thank you! The surprise...
