The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again

An ok stay at the Prague Towers. Whilst rooms were very clean, they were very dated and in need of upgrading. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had access to the Executive Lounge that had snacks plus beer & wine, very nice option. Had to ask for vegetarian snacks, which they kindly freshly prepared. Very disappointing and surprising that access to the pool area required a 20e pp fee for 2hrs. Never been in a hotel that you had to pay to use the pool! Overall a comfortable very large hotel on the edge of Prague with close access to the metro. Definitely not a 5* hotel. If I returned to Prague I would try a different hotel.

Buffet breakfast was to die for ! Bed was comfy. Things i wasnt a fan of, the ever changing water temp as when it was cranked to hot it would still go to cold every other minute. Plugin by bed would have also been nice

Brilliant hotel, loved all the little extras like the executive lounge and prosecco at breakfast (although the pool wasn't included! But worth a visit). Was super easy to get ubers from here too.

Nice hotel which is literally 1 minute walk to train station which takes you into centre of Prague in 5 minutes, breakfast was plentiful choices but food was very cold so I gave it a miss as I'm quite fussy however my wife went and she said food was very cold. We had access to executive lounge which handy ,it had good selection of small rolls cheese ham etc and bottled soft drinks as well as lagers however no Spirits available at any time, staff were all friendly and we would stay here again if we visited Prague again.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was beautiful, had a fantastic view. The hotel was perfectly positioned to access the metro and the conference center, the daily breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, I had a comfortable stay. Very convenient to access the conference center and subway line. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. I was charged extra for access to the pool which felt absurd for a 5-star hotel - apparently it applies to reservations made through hotels.com.

This was a nice hotel but I don’t feel this is 5 star maybe a 3 and half the reception is plush nice and clean lovely laid out the hallways are the same. But what constitutes a five star room it was a simple lay out. Bathroom was clean and tidy. But was it exceptional? No, it was just average.

We arrived very early for our check-in and was greeted by David who was very friendly and polite. He allowed to access the area while we waited for a room to be ready. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Although the hotel is a little bit out from the city centre, the transport links are excellent. The metro station is less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance. If we every go back to Prague, we would definitely look at booking this hotel again.

Convenient walk from conference center, food bar and restaurant within it for convenience. On the red line of PID, so functionally very close to wherever in the city you’d like to go. Staff were tremendous, accommodations were clean and the view was beautiful.
