「Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable」

「We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant, we didn’t have time to use the spa but the pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, just the lockers could use some TLC, there was a great choice at breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the poached eggs and again the staff were excellent We will certainly be coming again」

「Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again 」

「Nice enough hotel with nicely decorated communal areas and a great bar, the breakfast was very nice, my main issue was the room was very dated, with bathroom tiles falling off the wall, a slow draining sink and the shower head was very low down, Room 302 I also think the car parking charge for every hour after 14:00 on the day of departure a bit poor」

「Gorgeous stay in elegant rooms. Perfectly located to access the nicest parts of Harrogate. Staff super friendly and helpful, parking outside, views over the Stray, delicious breakfast, stylish and cosy lounge. Very kindly also gave us a free upgrade which is such a rarity these days. Definitely our first choice in Harrogate.」

「We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one.」

「Brilliant hotel. Cosy place (which even had the pub dog greeting us which was amazing!). Only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the shower facilities. Shower faucet is restrictive which can cause issues if you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. Maybe disposable shower caps could be provided to help this issue. Other than that though a fantastic place in a peaceful location. Would definitely stay again!」
